Occhuzzie will exchange or refund your order under the following conditions:
1. Shipment was damaged
2. Paint malfunctions, meaning excessive grit occurs
All shipments will take place after Occhuzzie has received the damaged item.

Shipping charges cannot be reimbursed. Returns cannot be sent COD. Replacement of defective items will be shipped free of charge.
